KPI (Kebaktian Penyegaran Iman)

Today we went to GKI Anugrah to have KPI which is Kebaktian Penyegaran Iman. We were asked to be there at 7:30 but the kebaktian starts at 8:00. Everyone in our class didn’t came late. We started the kebaktian ith singing and praising God. We sang a few songs such as Shout to the Lord and open the eyes of my heart.
After singing, we heard a from the priest. The priest told us that we have to trust and believe in God. She told her about a story in the bible about one of Jesus’ miracles. It is about Jesus turning water to wine. It is amazing how Jesus can turn dirty water to sweet wine. This connects with our lives that we are like the dirty water and how we can be transformed into the sweet wine. She also told us about how Jesus came to the earth to save us from the evil satan. He knocks on each of our hearts and it is our job to open the door for him to go in.

From this experience i feel more closer to God. It feels as if God has entered my heart and it makes me feel his love for us all.
